I think too much - "Quiet your brain" someone once told me. Easier said than done, but, by spilling onto a page, perhaps I can quiet myself down a little bit at least.
I write for a living, at least for now (my inability to keep my cash in my pocket puts a serious dent in my ability to work for peanuts - ahh, the catch 22 of life).
I never really have a grasp on where I'll be a year from now. One day I was in Seattle, a month later I was sleeping in my car, on the side of the road, on the border of Montana and North Dakota, moving back east. I'm restless, constantly.
My dream job: Hmm ... a writer. I don't mean a writer for a newspaper (I have to write more stories than I care to concentrate on, often on topics I don't care about - though my "beat" is music and nightlife, which is quite cool). No .. I'd rather be a fiction writer, and perhaps the male version of Carrie Bradshaw in Sex and the City, writing columns in NYC. Yeah, that could be good.
